Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?
Yes. You or a designated representative must be on-site for both delivery and pickup to verify inventory and sign off on equipment condition.
Where exactly do you drop off the gear?
For the safety of our crew and your floors, we stay on the "trail." We deliver to garages, driveways, or porches—no stairs or interior navigation.
What are your delivery fees?
None. We use All-In Pricing. Your bundle price is the final price—no fuel surcharges or hidden "trail fees" at checkout.
What kind of space do you need for delivery?
Please ensure a legal parking spot is available within 50 feet of the delivery threshold.
